Mr. Jatin Sharma is the Founder & Managing Counsel of Jurist & Jurist International, a leading corporate and business law firm in India, providing strategic legal advisory, commercial dispute resolution and cross-border legal services to businesses, corporations, entrepreneurs and institutions.

With extensive experience as an experienced corporate lawyer in India, Mr. Sharma has advised and represented clients in diverse areas including corporate and commercial law, complex commercial litigation, arbitration, alternative dispute resolution (ADR), intellectual property rights, regulatory advisory and general litigation matters.

As the Founder & Managing Counsel of Jurist & Jurist International, he has been instrumental in developing the Firm as a trusted legal partner for Indian and international clients seeking sophisticated legal solutions for complex business and regulatory challenges. His practice combines detailed legal research, commercial understanding and strategic representation, enabling clients to navigate critical legal issues effectively.

Mr. Sharma is enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi and represents clients before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, Hon’ble High Court of Delhi, Competition Commission of India (CCI), appellate tribunals and various judicial and quasi-judicial forums. As a Supreme Court Advocate in India and commercial litigation lawyer, he has handled complex disputes involving corporate, commercial, civil, regulatory and constitutional matters. His experience as a Supreme Court Advocate in Delhi further supports clients requiring strategic legal representation before the higher judiciary.

His experience extends across various industries, including construction, technology, automotive and business sectors, where he regularly advises clients on commercial transactions, distribution agreements, joint ventures, acquisitions, intellectual property rights, valuation-related matters, information-sharing arrangements and other strategic business requirements. 

Beyond his corporate and commercial legal practice, Mr. Sharma has actively contributed through Public Interest Litigation (PIL) and legal reform initiatives aimed at improving governance, regulatory implementation and public welfare. Through writ proceedings, his legal interventions have resulted in the constitution of various committees by the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi (GNCTD) for addressing significant public issues.

One of his notable contributions includes drafting the “Standard Operating Procedure for Identification of Bonded Labourers and Release of Immediate Financial Assistance” with the Government of NCT of Delhi. The initiative provided a structured framework for identification, rescue, rehabilitation and immediate financial assistance for bonded labourers.

Mr. Sharma has also played an important role in strengthening implementation of fire safety laws and regulatory compliance mechanisms in Delhi. His efforts contributed to the constitution of the Fire Safety Sub-Committee by the Government of NCT of Delhi, chaired by the Principal Secretary, GNCTD, for reviewing and ensuring implementation of fire safety norms in schools, banquet halls, hospitals, nursing homes and other public establishments.

He has further contributed towards improving the functioning of the Intellectual Property Division (IPD) under the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT), Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India, through legal interventions aimed at strengthening intellectual property dispute-resolution mechanisms.

With a vision to develop Jurist & Jurist International as an international law firm from India, Mr. Sharma continues to advise businesses and institutions on corporate law, international business law, arbitration, commercial litigation, intellectual property, regulatory compliance and cross-border legal matters.
